Summer s’mores have always been a staple in my life and now that I don’t have access to a backyard fire pit, these easy s’mores bars have been hitting the spot!!
They’re super simple + quick to make, plus they’re super yummy! S’mores bars the perfect nostalgic treat for any time of year in my opinion ? SAVE THIS RECIPE – you’ll thank me later!! I don’t want to keep you waiting any longer, so here is the recipe!!
⚪️ 3/4 c almond flour
⚪️ 3/4 c graham cracker crumbs (I crushed up 4 graham crackers for this)
⚪️ 1/3 c ghee (can sub melted butter or coconut oil)
⚪️ 1 t vanilla extract
⚪️ pinch of pink salt
⚪️ 1 c dark chocolate chips
⚪️ 2 c mini marshmallows
⚪️ 2 graham crackers roughly broken up
Combine the crust ingredients and pour into a loaf pan. You might need to pat down the crust mixture so it forms a nice flat and even crust. Bake at 350° for 10 min. Let it cool for a few minutes and then add the topping layer! Pour in the chocolate chips first, then marshmallows, the crushed graham crackers next and finally a few more chocolate chips on the very top. Put it back in the oven for about 15 min until the marshmallows have browned. After 10 minutes in the oven, broil your s’mores bars for 1-2 minutes so the marshmallows get extra toasty – MAKE SURE to keep an eye on the s’mores bars during the broiling so the chocolate chips don’t burn!! Let it cool and enjoy!
This recipe makes 8-10 s’mores bars depending how big you cut them. Or you don’t have to cut them at all and you can just dive into the pan with a fork (that’s my preferred method if you really want the truth). Enjoy my friends!! ??
Store them in an air tight container in the fridge, but my guess is they won’t even make it into a container before they make it in your belly ? If you make this recipe, please tag me on Instagram and let me know!! I can’t wait to see your s’mores bars creations.
