Summer vacation is finally here! Besides the trip itself, my second favorite part is the outfit planning before I even leave. Nothing gets me more excited for a trip than planning out and styling all of my vacation outfits before I leave.

Outfits first, itinerary second

Comfort is key, but mix and match pieces is priority

When it comes to vacation style, I want to be comfortable while packing mix and match pieces so I can style multiple outfits throughout the trip without over packing. I love sticking to neutral colors, lightweight natural textures, and classic pieces that can be worn day or night. Since we are going to an island, I am packing outfits that can be worn over bikinis, but are still chic and cute for exploring old San Juan.

Budget friendly is usually my goal when it comes to traveling in style

I found some budget friendly vacation outfits that will be comfortable enough for exploring, eating and shopping, but will still look great in my instagram photos.

Most of my outfit inspiration this summer has been creams, beiges and navy stripes. I love cotton, linen and natural textures like these espadrille slides. Finding budget friendly options is quite the thrill for me, which is why I also love stopping at my favorite thrift stores before a trip.
