This super easy dairy free apple crisp is sure to wow your family and friends! It is the perfect fall recipe and is ready in just a few simple steps. In addition to being vegan, this recipe is also a little healthier than the traditional version. I’m a big believer in turning my favorite dessert recipes into something a little bit healthier. Healthy doesn’t have to be boring and bland!
I hate those recipe blogs that scroll on and on for days and never actually get to the point, so I won’t waste any more time getting to the ingredients. Here we go!
Pre-heat the oven to 350°. Combine the filling ingredients and add to a baking dish. Combine the crisp topping ingredients and pour over the apples, filling in all the cracks around the edges. Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes until the top is browning. Let it cool for a few minutes and add a heaping scoop of ice cream!! Maybe even a drizzle of caramel sauce if you’re feeling wild.
